How Deliverables Are Delivered

All deliverables are delivered digitally through one or more of the following channels, as agreed with the client:

Email

Project files, documentation, credentials, and updates sent to the client's registered email address

Cloud File Sharing

Large files shared via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar cloud platforms

Git Repository

Source code delivered via private GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repository access

Staging / Live Server

Web and application deliverables deployed to staging for review, then to production upon approval

Project Management Tools

Task updates, milestone completions, and files shared via Trello, Notion, or agreed tools

FTP / cPanel / Hosting Panel

Files deployed directly to the client's hosting account when applicable

Video Call / Screen Share

Training sessions, handovers, and demos conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams

The specific delivery method will be agreed upon during project kickoff and documented in the project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on cooperation from the client. Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all required content, materials, assets, and information on time
  • Responding to design, development, and feedback requests within 3–5 business days
  • Providing access credentials for hosting, domain, APIs, or third-party accounts when required
  • Reviewing and approving milestone deliverables before the next phase begins
  • Ensuring the registered email address is active and monitored for project updates

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required inputs may result in timeline extensions. SPACA Enterprise is not responsible for delays arising from client-side bottlenecks.

Service Area

SPACA Enterprise provides services to clients worldwide, as all services are delivered digitally. We work with clients in India and internationally.

  • Services are delivered entirely online — no in-person visits or physical deliveries.
  • Communication via email, phone, WhatsApp, video calls, or project management tools.
  • Indian clients: payments accepted in INR. International clients: USD pricing applies (see Pricing page).
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable GST for Indian clients where applicable.

Post-Delivery Support

After project delivery, clients receive support as follows:

  • A post-delivery support period is included with each project (typically 30–180 days depending on package).
  • During this period, bug fixes for issues arising from our code are covered at no additional cost.
  • Feature additions, design changes, or out-of-scope modifications are billed separately.
  • After the included support period, ongoing maintenance is available under a separate agreement.
  • Support is provided via email and phone: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
